Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that take into account each patient's individual medical history and current conditions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate psychiatric therapy with necessary medical care, proactively addressing co-occurring conditions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies designed to empower patients and support their healing journey.

• Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure that all aspects of a patient’s health are being effectively managed and treated.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing established protocols to ensure patient safety.

• Educate clients on the relationship between mental health and overall physical well-being, equipping them with tools to better manage their conditions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards while ensuring compliance.

• Engage actively in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient cases and provide input on interdisciplinary care plans.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in integrated mental health care to continuously improve effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing care to individuals facing complex mental health challenges, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use issues, and chronic pain. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated experience working with individuals dealing with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse patients.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring confidentiality.

• Competency in utilizing electronic health record systems and other computer applications common in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
