Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities aimed at pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Implement and monitor treatment programs, adjusting goals and methods based on patient progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting treatments, responses, and progress to inform ongoing care.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on treatment protocols and the use of assistive devices as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and refine therapeutic goals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices through ongoing education and participation in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Fountain Hills Physiotherapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults with various orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility in your treatment approach.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience is not required, candidates who have completed internships or clinical rotations focused on orthopedic rehabilitation will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
