Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and develop actionable, personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, showcasing your commitment to ethical practice.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment approaches and enhance service delivery based on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
