Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that delve into clients' mental health histories, presenting issues, resources, and strengths.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities appropriate for clients in detox and recovery.
• Implement specialized therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, catering to the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans centered around each client’s goals and therapeutic needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care strategies.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, risk assessments, and safety planning to safeguard clients’ mental health during vulnerable moments.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes that encourage peer support and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions to comply with institutional standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
