Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and formulate individualized treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and continuously adjust treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery, resilience, and overall mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, allowing patients to process their trauma, learn coping skills, and inspire personal growth.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention support during emergencies related to trauma, helping patients regain stability and safety.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to aid in the recovery process.

• Maintain strict, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights focused on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred.
