Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in all sessions, consistently employing digital alliance scales like the session rating scale to measure treatment effectiveness and satisfaction.

• Manage a patient caseload ensuring availability for 33 appointment hours per week to maintain engagement and adaptability in achieving treatment outcomes.
\n
• Participate in weekly in-person team consultations, sharing clinical insights and contributing to the collective knowledge pool.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all company policies regarding scheduling, charting, fee collection, and passenger onboarding and termination processes.

• Supervise and provide guidance to associate clinicians as needed, fostering their development within the practice.
