Work Environment\n

This position allows for a full-time, remote work setting while maintaining affiliation with our outpatient office. Counselors will have the unique flexibility to set their own schedules, accommodating up to 25 client sessions per week. You will also have access to an in-house billing and administrative team, enabling you to focus on delivering impactful counseling without being burdened by administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients in various settings.

• Provide up to bi-weekly counseling sessions and termination sessions, ensuring continuity of care throughout the therapeutic process.

• Assess safety concerns and implement effective strategies to maintain a secure therapeutic environment.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating sensitivity and adherence to ethical standards.

• Engage in meaningful consultation and supervision with fellow counselors, facilitating a collaborative approach to client care.

• Utilize computer systems for record-keeping, following HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.

• Participate actively in team consultation groups focusing on specialized methodologies such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with a diverse range of client demographics, including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Our focus is on individuals who are dealing with the effects of trauma, including complex PTSD and attachment-related issues. You will be responsible for creating a supportive therapeutic space where clients feel both heard and empowered to express their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and relevant licensure in Oregon, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
