Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize hands-on therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and appropriate modalities.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, home exercise regimens, and strategies for injury prevention and lifestyle modifications.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, integrating new methodologies and evidence-based techniques into patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide holistic care to patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with at our facility represent a broad spectrum of conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. Our clients range from active individuals seeking to return to their sports and daily activities to elderly patients needing support in mobility and strength training. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive patient relationships.
• Proficient in documenting patient care and utilizing electronic health records (EHRs).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
