Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Monitor and document patient progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.

• Educate both patients and clinic staff about effective strategies for managing stress and trauma, enhancing overall awareness and understanding.

• Collaborate with community resources, social services, and healthcare agencies to provide comprehensive support to patients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

• Participate in regular training and continuing education to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay current on the latest therapeutic methodologies.

Your primary focus will be on trauma injury patients who seek guidance to navigate the challenging emotional and psychological facets of their experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
