Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through video chat, focusing on fostering a therapeutic relationship to enhance clients' mental health.
• Encourage open discussions to help clients articulate their emotions, providing insights into their mental health and personal relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining personal goals and facilitating their journey toward achieving them.
• Assess the mental health conditions of clients and design personalized treatment plans that employ solution-focused approaches based on professional guidelines and your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele of stable adults who have been carefully screened prior to access, ensuring low-acuity cases that allow you to focus on effective therapeutic strategies without the pressure of severe mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold a valid, full license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in good standing to practice independently in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers competitive compensation within the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, adjustable based on your working hours. Additional benefits include:
