Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques, among others.

• Engage in regular treatment reviews with clients to establish therapeutic goals, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to ensure the integrity of client records.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW).
