Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to carefully evaluate patients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to assist clients in processing their experiences.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic, integrated care for patients.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a calm and composed approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Proficient understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and therapeutic interventions that promote recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
