This position is offered in a remote setting, allowing flexibility while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. While the primary working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs of children and adolescents, utilizing tools such as standardized questionnaires and interviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with a diverse range of children and adolescents ages 5 to 18 facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Understanding the nuances of working with this age group allows our therapists to provide culturally competent and age-appropriate interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, ensuring compliance with all professional standards.

• A solid understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with a deep knowledge of the evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and family therapy, particularly related to the youth demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus as part of your total compensation package.
