Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, identifying symptoms, and formulating treatment recommendations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific emotional and psychological needs of each client.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, tailored to client-specific goals.
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, assisting clients through acute emotional distress.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and behavioral health specialists—to provide clients with comprehensive care.
• Engage in continuous learning through training and supervision initiatives to enhance your clinical skills and adapt to the latest developments in mental health practices.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and standards set forth by relevant licensing boards, ensuring integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population consisting of children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Qualifications
