Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, integrating considerations of co-occurring medical conditions that may influence patients' mental well-being.

• Develop and execute integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical conditions, using evidence-based methodologies to support effective interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Hyve, our mental health therapists work with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health support for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
