Our outpatient practice operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for some scheduling flexibility to align with patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess individual patient needs. This will involve gathering personal history, understanding symptoms, and identifying treatment goals.

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, ensuring alignment with the client’s unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. You will be integral in providing tailored interventions that meet the specific needs of each client, helping them to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
