Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's unique history and identify tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery, resilience, and personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on processing trauma and building healthy coping mechanisms.

• Provide crisis intervention during emergency situations, ensuring clients receive the immediate support they need.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical best practices.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance therapeutic outcomes and share insights on effective treatment strategies.

• Commit to self-education on current practices and research in trauma therapy to continuously refine your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
