Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a remote role, affording you the flexibility to manage your work schedule effectively. While the core working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional adjustments to align with patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' histories and formulate targeted treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support recovery.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling patients to process traumatic experiences, cultivate coping strategies, and enhance their emotional well-being.

• Ensure cohesive care by collaborating closely with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals, integrating services to provide holistic support for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Recognizing that each client's experience is unique, your role will involve providing tailored mental health support to guide them through their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, showcasing a strong capability in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
