Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients’ history and determine appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans concentrated on trauma recovery, encompassing evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), specifically tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in processing their trauma and cultivating coping mechanisms.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to optimize integrated care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services during episodes related to trauma, equipping clients with immediate support and guidance.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, resilience-building techniques, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation pursuant to legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate client records.
\n
• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions focusing on trauma-informed care development.
\n
• Stay current with emerging research and methodologies in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. Our client population includes survivors of abuse, displacement, and other significant stressors that have led to complex psychological challenges. You will play a crucial role in restoring hope and health to those struggling with PTSD and related disorders, empowering them through tailored therapeutic interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with a specific focus on trauma-related treatment.

• Expert understanding of trauma-informed care principles and treatment modalities.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain composure in crisis situations.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong grasp of relevant technology for teletherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
