Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is the treatment and support of children and adolescents who face various mental health challenges, often exacerbated by family dynamics, societal pressures, and developmental issues. You will be working directly with patients ranging from early childhood through adolescence, accommodating the unique psychological needs and developmental stages that each age group presents.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in New York as either an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• In-depth knowledge of childhood and adolescent mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and family therapy to young clients, demonstrating a compassionate and effective therapeutic approach.
