Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will encompass a variety of critical tasks that are essential to the overall success of our programs:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring timely documentation that meets regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, collaborate with the clinical team, and develop pre-crisis and post-crisis interventions such as behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, helping to maintain the high standards of our agency.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems including state agencies and community partners, fostering networks of support.
• Promote open lines of communication with colleagues, agencies, and community stakeholders to enhance service delivery and meet organizational objectives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, leading training sessions, and contributing to state level task forces.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as an LMHC will primarily revolve around supporting clients through their mental health challenges. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
