Blissful Retreat Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment\n

This position is predominantly remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace. While the main work facility is an outpatient office in Colorado Springs, Colorado, all patient interactions will be facilitated via secure telehealth platforms. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some degree of flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the individual backgrounds and experiences of patients, aiding in the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities, ensuring that approaches align with the cultural context and personal circumstances of patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for discussion, support, and growth, while effectively addressing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, assisting patients in navigating mental health emergencies with appropriate support and resources.

• Guide patients and their families in understanding various mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches with a focus on cultural competence.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, especially utilizing culturally responsive and inclusive practices.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills, displaying composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications, facilitating efficient patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
