Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy to a varied clientele, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and appropriate treatment strategies.
• Create tailored treatment plans that define clear, achievable goals for clients, regularly revisiting these objectives to monitor and adapt strategies as necessary.
• Utilize a user-friendly digital platform to manage client appointments, track clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with state regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular consultations with clients to evaluate progress and fine-tune treatment plans based on ongoing feedback and therapeutic response.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to share knowledge, improve practices, and collaborate on multidisciplinary treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Full licensure by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
