Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, building rapport and trust through consistent and ethical care.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, reassess their treatment plans, and manage upcoming appointments effectively.

• Develop, implement, and continuously adapt person-centered treatment plans to meet the evolving needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress, treatment notes, and outcomes.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and establish initial treatment goals.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
