Key Responsibilities

The Senior Orthopedic Physical Therapist will take on a range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations to determine patients' functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing customized treatment plans that address individual patient needs and goals.
• Providing expert consultation to other healthcare providers to facilitate ongoing patient care and ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Maintaining productive interactions with all patients, regardless of age or cultural background, ensuring adherence to our exceptional customer service standards.
• Executing evaluations that encompass treatment protocols, documentation, and outcome assessments based on applicable laws, rules, and professional standards.
• Maintaining robust communication channels with interdisciplinary treatment teams, referrals, and physicians for optimal patient management.
• Participating in leadership roles, which may include community outreach, program development, cost containment initiatives, and supervision of supportive staff.
• Attending regular staff meetings and engaging in continuous professional development through training and education to enhance clinical competencies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
