This position operates in a remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will engage with clients through secure digital platforms during our standard operating hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Queens Cove, your role will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, preferences, and challenges.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client progress.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families, guiding them through treatment options and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on real-time feedback and outcomes.

• Working in collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Staying informed about the latest research and standards in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance the efficacy of your practice.

• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation and interactions as per legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Eligible candidates should possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration with psychiatrists.

• A proven record of achieving positive outcomes in treating mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
