Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a remote work setting that promotes flexibility and work-life balance. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on the varying needs of our patients. Utilizing telehealth platforms, you will be equipped with the latest technology needed to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and follow-ups seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and identify suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that center on trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy sessions, both individual and group, employing methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure effective, integrated care for each patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support during times of trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and facilitate discussions regarding coping mechanisms and available resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records that comply with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in case consultations and professional development workshops that focus on trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience post-licensure in a clinical setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Proficient in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions reflective of best practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a caring, compassionate approach to treatment.

• Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively and maintain composure.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
