Work Environment

Our on-site rehabilitation center in Millstone Township is designed specifically for optimal patient recovery and clinician development. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult patients primarily aged 40-65, treating an average of three patients per hour to ensure effective management of rehabilitation outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess needs and develop customized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance physical function.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques including manual therapy and exercise therapy, while incorporating patient education to empower individuals in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to deliver coordinated care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population at our clinic consists of adults, particularly those dealing with orthopedic issues. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's Degree.
• Current licensure in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically CureMD, is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within an outpatient clinic.
• Experience in providing care to an orthopedic patient demographic is valuable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated aptitude for developing patient-centered treatment plans and engaging patients in their health journey.
