Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans for students and families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, parents, and healthcare providers, to create a coordinated plan of care that responds to the unique needs of each patient.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring adaptation to changing circumstances and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on school-aged children and their families dealing with emotional and behavioral difficulties, particularly those related to chronic or life-threatening conditions. Our clients include students who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues that impact their educational experiences and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, alongside a minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
