You will work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth trauma-informed evaluations to assess individual treatment needs and establish trauma histories.

• Develop personalized treatment plans to facilitate recovery, implementing evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients confront and process their trauma while equipping them with effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and treatment continuity.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when patients face trauma-related emergencies, utilizing strong assessment skills to manage acute situations.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma reactions and effective coping mechanisms to foster understanding and mutual support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, specifically in trauma-focused therapy settings.

• A strong foundation in trauma-related conditions and familiarity with trauma-informed therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent communication skills and an ability to establish rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy and a nonjudgmental approach.

• Adeptness in managing high-pressure situations with a calm, composed demeanor.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other necessary computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
