Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, identifying their needs and triaging care accordingly.

• Deliver graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to individual client needs, ensuring high-quality therapeutic practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams by communicating assessment findings and treatment interventions through patient rounds and documentation.

• Provide case management services for assigned patients, coordinating with hospital and community professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of diverse patient populations.

• Complete timely and ethical documentation as per departmental standards while adhering to confidentiality protocols.

• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities to support clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse tapestry of patients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups struggling with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
