Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs.

• Provide high-quality counseling services to adults via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic techniques.

• Document session notes and maintain accurate records of client progress in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage client scheduling, and respond promptly to inquiries regarding therapy services, ensuring a welcoming environment for new clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to adult clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. As an integral part of their treatment, you will support their journey towards improved mental well-being, actively guiding them towards positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited university.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of experience delivering clinical psychotherapy to adult clients, demonstrating a strong ability to provide therapeutic interventions.

• Proficient writing skills for accurate documentation and communication of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your licensure by any regulatory board.
