Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history, strengths, and treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and personal resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in individual and group therapy sessions.

• Deliver insightful and healing therapy sessions that enable clients to process their trauma and cultivate effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support network for clients, ensuring integrated and coordinated care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and equip them with coping mechanisms and resources for recovery.

• Maintain precise records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing your insights and learning from others to enhance the team's trauma-informed practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, primarily consisting of individuals coping with the aftermath of traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
