Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific therapeutic needs, employing standardized assessment tools where applicable.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, detailing specific therapeutic goals and timelines for each client, informed by their individual histories and cultural backgrounds.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, ensuring culturally competent care.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up meetings and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on data collected in sessions and feedback from clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, utilizing established protocols to ensure client safety and immediate needs are met in high-stress situations.

• Keep accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant legal standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
