This position is entirely remote, leveraging a telehealth platform to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies based on individual diagnoses and treatment goals.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, using evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Equip clients with coping strategies and tools necessary for managing their mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes within our EHR system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and a variety of other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.

Compensation and Benefits
