Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining the structure of a full-time work schedule. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' trauma history and inform tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and enhancing resilience, utilizing best practices in therapy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in individual and group therapy sessions.

• Guide patients through the trauma processing continuum, helping them build coping strategies and facilitating the healing journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary practitioners to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safety and immediate support for individuals in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources for support and recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate records of patient progress and treatment.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and expertise in trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to enhance personal practice and patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
