Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Harbor Trinity, you will be responsible for a range of crucial duties, including:

• Assessing and evaluating patients' needs through comprehensive evaluations that inform individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing a variety of treatment methods such as therapeutic exercises, stretching techniques, and manual therapy methods tailored to each patient's specific condition.
• Documenting patient treatments, responses, and progress meticulously to comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Regularly re-evaluating patient progress to redefine therapeutic goals, modify treatment plans, and ensure optimal recovery.
• Recommending and fitting patients for assistive devices, providing guidance on their effective use for everyday activities.
• Facilitating training sessions for patients, families, and other healthcare personnel to educate them on therapy procedures and assistive devices.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and staying current with industry literature.
