As a telehealth facility, our work environment offers flexibility and adaptability. You will connect with clients via secure video conferencing platforms that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and safety in all interactions. While our standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we understand the importance of accommodating patient needs, which may require some flexibility in your schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that capture patients' cultural backgrounds and unique circumstances, tailoring therapeutic strategies accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to the individual needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that not only address mental health concerns but also foster resilience and coping skills.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

• Provide crisis intervention during emergencies, utilizing strong de-escalation techniques and emotional support strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources to empower them in their journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
