Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic orthopedic pain.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring they align with the therapeutic goals of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training to reduce pain and enhance mobility.
• Educate and guide patients and their families regarding their treatment plans and the rationale for chosen therapeutic interventions.
• Document sessions thoroughly, tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative planning sessions to improve patient care strategies and outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and support to new graduates and less experienced therapists to encourage their professional development.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

At Grandview Rehabilitation Center, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
