Our mental health providers operate within a fully remote setting, enabling you to manage your schedule effectively while accessing our comprehensive support structure. The flexibility to control your hours—from 10 to 40 sessions per week—ensures a work-life balance while allowing you to focus solely on your patients' needs. Our office is open Monday through Saturday, giving you the option to collaborate with peers during regular business hours for ongoing support and supervision.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, effectively identifying patient needs and triaging care accordingly.

• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary team members to discuss assessment results, treatment interventions, and coordinate integrated care plans through documentation and patient rounds.

• Provide clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to clients' specific situations, utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrate competence in addressing the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across all age groups, ensuring a comprehensive and empathetic approach to care.

• Manage casework by collaborating with healthcare professionals and community programs, creating a network of support that extends beyond the clinic.

• Maintain ethical standards with timely completion of all documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal departmental guidelines.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups facing a range of challenges that warrant therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required, with additional certifications preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
