Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client demographic at Klarity Health consists of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, many of whom also face physical health concerns. Our therapists work with a diverse group of patients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders, often complicated by chronic medical conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology accredited by a recognized institution.

• Current and valid California licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
