Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a full, unrestricted license to practice independently, either as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No history of limited or provisional licenses, nor any disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine empathetic nature.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your hours and experience. In addition, we offer a significant sign-on bonus, along with a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time professionals. You’ll benefit from direct weekly deposit payments, allowing you to focus more on your clients and less on financial logistics.
