Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health through initial consultations and ongoing assessments.

• Document detailed case notes from client interactions, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with professional standards.

• Develop customized intervention and recovery plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that promote therapeutic growth and recovery.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to coordinate holistic care.

• Provide follow-up communication with other medical providers for clients admitted to hospitals or requiring additional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW within the state of California.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
