Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families, ensuring that each individual’s unique background and experiences are respected.
• Offer personalized individual and family therapy sessions, tailored to the identified needs of the patients you serve, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques to promote healing.
• Efficiently manage administrative tasks including billing, documentation, creating individualized treatment plans, and preparing insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with specified time frames.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans and safety plans when necessary, along with relapse prevention and wellness plans to help clients maintain stable functioning in daily life.
• Create and implement effective discharge plans that support patients in their transition out of therapy, focusing on continued mental wellness and community resources.
• Adhere to current federal and state laws and regulatory requirements, as well as the policies and procedures set forth by our organization.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and competence.
• Actively participate in case consultations and agency meetings to discuss client progress and innovative therapeutic approaches.
• Complete all licensing requirements and mandatory training as specified by state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who may be coping with various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure as a mental health professional.
• Current Licensure: You must hold an active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Washington.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
• Prior work in a multi-disciplinary team setting, demonstrating your ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various disciplines.
• Specialization in trauma-informed care or family therapy techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and expertise, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your license and experience.
