Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic supervision to Master’s level practicum students and emerging therapists, guiding them through their clinical licensure process with weekly structured supervision sessions.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services across diverse modalities tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, encompassing various therapeutic techniques suited to client goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients, facilitating referrals, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of patients’ needs and progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies accordingly.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation to comply with legal, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring all documentation is up to date and securely stored.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest research, techniques, and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on a diverse range of clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe and trusting environment for clients who seek to navigate their mental health challenges and achieve personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a mental health therapist (such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance to ensure adherence to best practices and client safety.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising counseling students or new therapists, providing both guidance and practical training. Knowledge of telehealth platforms and digital client engagement strategies is highly desirable, as is familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and full-time commitments, with opportunities for unlimited earnings based on performance and client load. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
