Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through initial consultations and ongoing assessments, documenting client progress up to treatment completion.

• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating both short-term and long-term goals based on patient needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Monitor and document patient progress on treatment plans, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure efficacy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to create cohesive intervention strategies.

• Provide follow-up support for patients transitioning from inpatient services to outpatient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population suffering from a wide array of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n
