The operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs during occasional evening shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify and evaluate the specific needs of children and adolescents.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and a team of multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to mental health care.

• Offer crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, providing immediate support to patients and their families.

• Educate patients and families on mental health topics, including treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy to children and young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
