Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children and families to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Monitor and document progress and outcomes for enrolled children, ensuring adherence to best practices and family goals.

• Provide Essential Services support to families, empowering them with knowledge and skills to enhance their child's development.

• Implement strategies reflective of Natural Learning Environment Practices, utilizing evidence-based approaches to teaching and support.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing social work and childhood developmental services.
\n
• Build rapport with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members to cultivate a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere.
\n
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the IFSP and recommend necessary adjustments based on developmental assessments.

• Utilize a coaching model to facilitate natural environment teaching and reinforce learning opportunities for families.

• Adhere to safety and health standards to ensure the well-being of staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, the LCSW will primarily focus on very young children who are identified as needing early intervention due to disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
