Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible, remote work setting, allowing therapists to engage with patients from the comfort of their own homes while still being a valuable part of our dynamic team. Although the role is primarily remote, therapists will have access to our extensive resources and support network to enhance their practice. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and tailor personalized treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans targeting trauma recovery, emotional healing, and resilience-building through therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to effectively assist patients during therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping patients process their trauma, gain emotional insights, and develop practical coping skills.
\n
• Collaboratively work with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive, integrated care tailored to each patient's comprehensive needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services for trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate support and resources for patients.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources to promote overall well-being.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately, maintaining confidentiality in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops centered around trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves individuals impacted by various traumatic experiences, including veterans, survivors of abuse, and those dealing with the effects of complex trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
\n
• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Experience in administering trauma-focused therapies.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapeutic practices.

• Competency in managing high-stress situations with calmness and resilience.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable using various computer applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
