Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients referred by their physicians, ensuring each plan aligns with best practices.
• Engage with patients across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, conducting thorough assessments and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, utilizing a range of techniques and modalities to promote recovery and improve functional abilities.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their caregivers, fostering active participation in the recovery process and empowering clients to take charge of their healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, taking part in team meetings to discuss patient progress and referrals.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and exceptional communication skills while building strong rapport with each patient.
• Meet established productivity standards while achieving patient satisfaction goals, contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).

• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective patient interactions.
• Proficiency in computer operations and electronic medical record keeping.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a specialized area of physical therapy (e.g., sports medicine, pediatrics, or orthopedics) is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
